As one of the first twelve employees at Juni, I established and led a ten-person design team, playing a pivotal role in the product's journey from prototype to a full-scale commercial offering. My involvement ranged from hands-on design execution to strategic oversight.

Service design for Copa Airlines on resolution management

As the project lead and service designer at Designit, I was tasked with the challenge of reimagining the customer experience for Copa Airlines' passengers from the moment of booking to their arrival at the destination.
